I saw this on FB the other day and had to stop scrolling and save it. We know so little about what other people face. Whenever I get to know someone closely, I find out they have trials and difficulties which never even crossed my mind before getting to know them. From then on I see them differently and treat them with more sensitivity.

Kindness is the essence of the greatest men and women who have ever lived. Listening to someone and offering them a shoulder to cry on, free from judgement or shame, is an angelic gift.
