I'm absolutely convinced that one of the major reasons this world suffers from such a terrible moral decay is that, in general, we don't give women enough opportunity to be part of public discussion and leadership. I find this incredibly frustrating. This world needs the wisdom of matriarchs and yet we seem to set these women aside as they age. Experienced women are priceless treasures of wisdom for our youth. Children and teens should be taught to revere and seek out the advice of the elder women in their family. They should sit at their feet and learn from the insight that has come to them during their time on earth. We absolutely have to better in this regard. How do we do it?
