Don't allow anyone to ever tell you, through word or deed, that you don't have infinite value just the way you are. If they continue to hurt you, it may be time to show these type of people the door out of your life. Life can become a whole lot better when you delete negative people from it. Yes, be kind. Yes, be long suffering, but no, don't silently endorse abuse.
