Don’t give up! There is so much you can do to fight back. We could add more to this list, things such as:
Scripture study, art, changing your diet, writing, social media break, reading, hard work, gratitude list, service, writing music, yoga, animals, new hobbies, prayer, setting goals, dance, cognitive therapy.
