I'm a firm believer in vocalizing your gratitude. If gratitude goes unexpressed is it really gratitude at all? I'm sure all 10 lepers who were healed by Christ were grateful for him, but only one returned to express it. The 9 were all "cleansed", but he was the only one that was "made whole." Do your loved ones really know how grateful you are? It would be tragic if you didn't get the chance to tell them, so go for it, tell them right now.
