Need a little extra encouragement? Remember, YOU are the creative force of your life. If you want something to happen, you have to make it happen. Don't wait for someone to do it for you. Don't wait for the opportune moment. That person is never coming and there will never be a more opportune moment than right now. Break your dreams down into small achievable steps. You may not be able to write the book you want today, but you can brainstorm or write a couple of paragraphs. You may not be able to lose 25 pounds today, but you can get outside for 20 minutes for a walk or a run. The key is to get started.
