Depression and Anxiety

When the thick darkness of depression gathers around you or the panic of anxiety seizes you, hold on, breathe, focus and try to calm your mind. Answers can be found in many places. Don’t give up. Try meditation, journaling, therapy, music, prayer, exercise, medication, conversation, just keep searching until you catch a glimmer of light. Then keep going until the light gradually dispels the darkness and these cruel diseases lose their grip on you.
