My family and I were hiking the other day and I pointed out a school of fish in a stream. I explained that to those fish, the stream was the entire world, they have no concept of anything outside of it. Yet there is so much more. I explained that God’s perspective compared to ours is similar. We can’t comprehend anything beyond what we see and experience, but there is so much more.

You may wonder how the Lord knows you and loves you while He has billions of children, but it is simple for Him. You can trust Him. You can have a close relationship with Him. No matter what you’ve done, He adores you and will never leave you. He can fix all mistakes. He can give you light in any darkness. He will lift you to heights you never thought possible.
