I often tell my students that Heavenly Father is a like a professional spotter in a weight room. A great spotter pushes you to your limits so you can grow and achieve, but will never leave you alone. They stand ever ready to take the some of the weight, pushing you to your absolute limit. You probably won't even notice they are helping. You ask after, "Did you help?" They say, "A little. Not much."

God is aware of you. He knows your struggles. He knows you are giving it all you've got. He believes in you even more than you believe in yourself. He also knows when it is best for you to allow you to struggle so you can get stronger. He may not take the weight as soon as we'd like Him to, but if you listen closely you can hear him say, "You can do this! Keep going!
