When Lehi started murmuring, Nephi helped him by sustaining him. He put more faith in him, not less. When James and John wanted to burn a Samaritan village, Jesus taught them, He didn’t kick them out of the 12. When Esther doubted if she could go through with what was asked of her, Mordecai inspired her, he didn’t give up on her.

We can do the same with our church leaders, both general authorities and local leaders. Most are doing their very best in callings they did not seek. Instead of subverting their efforts, let’s sustain them. Instead of criticizing their actions, let’s support them. And instead of pointing out their mistakes, let’s elevate their strengths.
