You are so much more than your limitations. Remember, we signed up for a mortal experience with bodies subject to the Fall. We knew life would be full of physical, emotional, and spiritual pain. It was designed that way. Our goal here was never to create a perfect body, but to use our body to help our spirit on its way to perfection. Try to avoid comparing your situation to anyone else’s. The adversary hopes comparison between our physical bodies will make us hate them. Your body is a classroom for your spirit. Each pain, illness, affliction, infirmity, is another lesson designed for you. As difficult as life is, try to see your body the way the Lord sees it. Beautiful. Miraculous. Don’t hate it. Care for it as best you can. Embrace the education it is giving you.
