Reaching Goals

An act of self control in one area can be helpful to learning complete self mastery in all areas. Start with small goals (i.e. waking up on time for a week, running a 5K) and your success will spread into other areas of your life. Remember, you are the creative force of your life. If you want to reach a goal, it is up to you to make it happen.
