My heart aches when I see so much anger and hatred spewed out over politics, religion, and so many other emotionally charged issues. Political arguments are not more important than being a disciple of Christ. Barraging anyone's beliefs, political or religious, is not Christian behavior.

It seems to me that kindness is the only way to transcend our differences and find ways to live together, help one another, and make the world better for our children and grandchildren. The next time you have the choice between hatred and kindness, I hope you'll choose kindness.
