Positive Self-Talk
Don't ever be ashamed of positive self-talk. Seriously, talk out loud to yourself. It helps more than you realize. Hearing these statements in your own voice can change your outlook. You are bombarded by false messages every day. Why should they get to tell you how you aren't enough without you fighting back? It is more than okay to reassure yourself out loud with truths like these.
